Registration

You can register via www.schloss-goldrain.com, by email at info@schloss-goldrain.com, or by phone at +39 0473 742 433. Once registered—your registration is binding—you will receive written confirmation with detailed information and payment instructions for the seminar fee. Payment of the seminar fee is to be made after receiving the registration confirmation.

Seminar fee / Gold Card

Unless otherwise stated, the seminar fee does not include accommodation and meals, but does include VAT. By attending an event, you acquire – unless otherwise specified – the right to a 15% discount on all subsequent seminars within 18 months of your first visit. This Gold Card is valid exclusively for private individuals. If the invoice is issued to a company, the Gold Card does not apply.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Terms

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

If a course is cancelled for organisational reasons, the full seminar fee will be refunded. The same applies in the event of a date change on our part that prevents you from attending.

IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Your registration is binding and guarantees you a reserved place in a seminar. If you are unable to attend, this is also presents challenges for Goldrain Castle. To manage such situations fairly, the following binding guidelines apply and are listed on our website as well as in every registration confirmation: If you cancel more than 7 days before the course begins, the payment already made will be refunded minus a processing fee of €20.00. If the course fee has not yet been transferred, the processing fee will be invoiced. If the cancellation is made within the last 7 days before the start of the course, Goldrain Castle will retain 100% of the course fee or invoice the full amount. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, the seminar fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of €20.00. If the illness occurs after the start of the course, no refund is possible. In the event of voluntary withdrawal from the seminar, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Program Changes

The Genossenschaft Bildungshaus Schloss Goldrain reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the published program.
